"Det har riktignok vært kaffe- og tebusiness i lokalene i Pilestredet siden 1963, men da kaffefuglen begynte å servere cocktails i januar i år, var det med kjærlighet, lidenskap og hjemmelagde siruper. Noe med fersk kokosnøtt og chili? Ja, takk! Tar det en halvtime å lage den? Ikke noe problem. Du, er det ikke Don Draper som sitter borte i sofaen der? Det eneste vi ønsker oss nå, er at det kunne vært åpent litt flere dager i uken."
